Vendor Information

If you have a product or service that you want to market to the hunters and anglers of Southern Illinois, this is your show. This year will mark our 21st year and our attendance has ranged from 25,000 to 40,000 people. Admission and parking are free. Booth space is $150 for a 10’ x 10’ area with tables, chairs and electricity furnished. Large items such as boats, trucks, ATV’s, etc. are $75 per unit. Space is available inside the college or outside in large tents on an asphalt parking lot (this is the place to be). If you desire electricity, bring your own extension cord. Security is furnished around the clock. We even furnish coffee and cookies in the morning to all vendors.

Special booths are provided for not-for-profit organizations for a minimum donation of $50.

This year’s( 2009 ) event will take place on September 26th 9am—5pm, and September 27th 9am—4pm. Vendor setup begins September 25th, at 8:30am.
